Tylenol - Does It Work At All?

A new study in Australia revealed that Acetaminophen, the drug found in Tylenol, "works no better than a dummy pill at reducing lower-back pain in some people, nor does it help these patients get better any faster".  Many medical doctors today prescribe Acetaminophen or Tylenol as "first-line of treatment for low back pain".  These new findings suggest doctors "need to reconsider this universal recommendation.." .  Other options to consider when suffering from low back pain include chiropractic and physical therapy and exercise.
