Summer is here! It is the part of the year we are the most active. However, a recent study tells us that our modern lifestyle promotes obesity. For instance, the availability of cheap, high-calorie food, and couch-potato leisure activities such as video games play major role in our countries obesity. So, lets get out and engage in activities you love such as hiking, biking, tennis, golf, swimming. More importantly, make sure you stretch, and warm-up before and hydrate, hydrate, and hydrate.
